padding-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px;\"><div class=\"x-container-fluid max width\">\n<div  class=\"x-column vc whole\" style=\"\" ><h1  class=\"h-custom-headline h1\" ><span>\n<h1>Custom Insoles \u2013 Podiatry at your service<\/h1>\n<\/span><\/h1><p class=\"p1\">This is the area of Podiatry responsible for the manufacture of silicone orthosis and custom insoles based on biomechanical studies (on static, the foot and gait dynamics).<\/p>\n<p>These studies are used to diagnose, prevent and treat the biomechanical alterations that might be caused by internal and external forces acting on the human body.<br \/>\nIn this specific case, the foot produces specific loads and consequent deformities which can lead to flat feet, pes cavus and even to the formation of heel spur, plantar fasciitis and toe deformities (claw toe, bunions).<br \/>\nThese devices allow compensating for the relevant dysmetrics \/ heterometries detected by means of diagnostic aids, contributing to the patient&#8217;s postural correction and to the possible preservation of some musculoskeletal structures which may be affected by such misalignments; also it contributes to the postoperative preservation of hip or knee prostheses, thus increasing its average lifespan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Briefly:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We carry out a wide variety of custom insoles for various types of foot pathology.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8211; Insoles for dysmetria compensation (difference in the limbs\u2019 height)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8211; Sports Insoles<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8211; Insoles for Diabetics<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8211; Children\u2019s Insoles<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8211; Insoles to correct gait problems<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8211; Confort Insoles<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8211; Carbon Insoles<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>ROLE OF CUSTOM INSOLES IN PODIATRY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Custom orthopedic insoles are used as a mean of prevention; correction or can be accommodative.<\/p>\n<p>Prevention insoles are widely used by at-risk people, such as the ones having Diabetic Foot, in order to prevent ulcers thus avoiding the risk of amputation.<\/p>\n<p>Corrective insoles are specially used in children to correct or prevent incorrect foot support.<\/p>\n<p>Mechanical insoles can be used by adults; elderly, rheumatoid foot among other cases, aiming to accommodate the foot thus improving the comfort and decreasing both pressure areas and pain, by acting on all these critical areas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Manufacture<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This type of Custom Plantar Support are made in the laboratory by an extremely competent team with continuous training on the subject and keeping up with all the technical and technological world\u00b4s most advanced developments, making this type of orthesis\u2019 to have a high success rate and adaptability. The materials used are of the highest quality and of the most innovative in the market, thus being of total tolerance for patients.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As a matter of curiosity, there are several types of custom foot supports (SP) adaptations, being part of the most effective and with the highest successful rate, those of indirect adaptation to the patient\u2019s foot.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In the direct adaptation technique the SPs are directly adapted to the patient&#8217;s foot. As the images show the patient is sitting with no pressure made on the foot and the insoles are molded directly on it; there could be some adulterated pressure points due to the loading posture. SPs are designed to be used in lightweight shoes within normal biomechanical standards and have the advantage of being fine tuned with minor needed adjustments made directly and promptly by the professional.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Insoles for children<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Regarding the correction\/compensation of children&#8217;s feet, these devices have revolutionized child biomechanics because they are very effective, lightweight, easy to adapt and non-traumatic in terms of the use and the aesthetics of children&#8217;s shoes. Correction and clinical follow-up are much more effective and the child can have freedom of movement which results in a better biomechanical development often prevented by the use of orthopedic boots.
